Bolster Accessory for USM
This project, developed in collaboration with USM Modular Furniture, seeks to design breakthrough solutions that expand the versatility of the USM Haller system. Using the modular principles and the historical context of the brand, this thesis aims to introduce a new approach that integrates with the current system to meet emerging markets and human behaviors. The latent need for moments of respite in office spaces requires elements that increase comfortability while letting the user actively unwind from productive tasks. The accessory solution integrates seamlessly into the Haller system making it inhabitable and fostering human contact.
