The Palomares restaurant in Vilassar de Mar, an emblematic establishment with more than fifty years of history and renowned for its seafood dishes, was closed due to the restrictions of the cost law last May 2023. This project tries to recover its presence by working on the reopening, with the aim of finding a new location that will allow me to maintain customer loyalty. To this end, I intend to carry out a meticulous selection of furniture, decoration and distribution, ensuring that the new premises are able to conserve the culinary essence, the maritime attraction and to transmit the same sensations and experiences as its predecessor, despite the physical and spatial differences.
