This project develops a comprehensive system to optimize the assembly of modules in industrialized construction. The proposal is based on the design of a multi-function structural anchor, consisting of a male and a female piece with a dovetail joint. Its self-aligning geometry allows for guided descent and ensures a more precise connection during assembly. The system is completed with adjustable leveling feet, plug-and-play connections, and watertight seals, thus reducing assembly time, manual adjustments, and eliminating the need for specialized labor.
