    Escudella’t

This research explores how to globalize the traditional Catalan escudella through design, by creating practical utensils and formats that optimize space and facilitates its adaptation to different cultures. Based on the “glocal” concept and the philosophy of “good food made easy,” it proposes solutions that simplifiy its preparation and consumption. Through the analysis of the user journey, the study identifies challenges in order to develop ergonomic ceramic tools. As Ezio Manzini states, “design is a strategic tool for social innovation” (Manzini, 2015), enabling the preservation of this gastronomic heritage while adapting it to modern life.
