habitar(se)
Habitar(se) is a design project that explores how interior space can support emotional wellbeing. Born from a personal and collective reflection on anxiety and stress, it investigates how light, color, materiality and spatial rhythm influence our inner state.
Set inside Les Tres Xemeneies, the project transforms an industrial structure into a sensory refuge. Through colored glass, natural light and a minimal, human-centred layout, it invites us to inhabit space more consciously — and, in doing so, to inhabit ourselves with more care, calm and connection.
