Hexia One: Fairing system
This project develops the fairing system for Hexia ONE, a high-performance urban electric maxi-scooter. The fairings are conceived as active components, optimizing weight, reducing part count, and improving functional, ergonomic, and aesthetic integration for underrepresented user groups.
Using structural and topological simulations, advanced ribbing strategies were applied to create geometries that leverage the full potential of additive manufacturing.
With automotive-grade class A surfaces and a highly detailed design, the result is a lightweight, integrated fairing system that merges structural performance with distinctive design, redefining the electric vehicle bodywork.
