INTROSPECTION
This TFG project presents the development of an interactive mirror conceived as a tool for emotional self-reflection aimed at Generation Z youth. Unlike traditional mirrors, which focus on appearance and functional use, this proposal reimagines the act of looking at oneself as an opportunity to consciously and honestly connect with one's emotional state. The device enables users to record, visualize, and track their daily emotions through an interface that also allows for sharing them with close people, creating a collective space for mutual care. The project questions the way we use technology and how it influences our self-perception, which is often shaped by idealized representations.
