iRead. Creación de un hábito de lectura en la sociedad digital

iRead is a project that seeks to improve reading comprehension and focus through the creation of a reading habit. Currently, over-stimulation and over-information from ICTs (Information and Communication Technologies) trigger an alteration in dopamine levels, which can lead to a loss of concentration and attention deficit.
This book, structured in 21 days, gradually increases the difficulty and technical editorial aspects so that the reader can start to form the habit progressively. The iFocus glasses, designed to block external stimuli and to optimize concentration. With rewards and interactive breaks during the lecture, iRead aims to help reconnect with reading.
