Mönk: Light and narrative as emotional prevention
Mönk is a narrative and sensory tool designed to promote children's emotional well-being through guided meditation, storytelling, and shared family time. The system uses illustrated story cards projected onto the ceiling, accompanied by a meditation script that transforms the bedtime routine into a moment of calm, reflection, and emotional connection. By combining light, interaction, and storytelling, the project aims to provide a preventive tool that helps children develop emotional regulation and mindfulness skills from an early age.
