Optimisation of everyday life for celiac disease sufferers

Celiac disease is increasingly present in today's society, and although gluten-free options are available, celiacs face many limitations on a daily basis. One of the least studied drawbacks arises when it comes to eating out, when lunchboxes are used to store and transport food. A tupper is an element that is not very compatible with gluten-free food, as they are foods that lack the protein responsible for the texture and longevity of the product. This project aims to solve this incompatibility so that celiacs can enjoy new tools that optimise their routines, and can also feel integrated into a society that has not properly solved everything that being a celiac entails.
