Phygital Human Bone 2.0
In the team developed for the “Phygital Human Bone 2.0” project, we focus on the evolution of biomedical engineering to develop innovative solutions in the field of bone health. My area of expertise focuses on the development of an algorithm that generates the trabecular tissue present in the femur. Using AAD software, specifically Grasshopper, we design an adaptive and specific structure for the femur, considering the biomechanical loads faced by the longest bone in the human body. This project integrates computational and biomechanical design features in order to improve efficiency and accuracy in bone reconstruction.
