The Aroma Archive
The Aroma Archive is a project situated at the intersection of food design and olfactory education, aiming to enhance gastronomic experiences through the creation of an olfactory library. This library fulfills three main functions: educating users about the role of smell in gastronomy, assisting chefs in creating dishes through aromatic combinations, and improving the tasting experience for diners by emphasizing the aromatic components of food.
The project highlights the importance of smell in the culinary arts. This initiative also seeks to promote research in the field of multisensoriality and open new creative possibilities in gastronomy through the innovative use of aromas.
